The algorithm within the app takes your parameters to setup a smart curve that corresponds to your own smoking habits :
1) The duration you want (from 1 month to 12)
2) Your own average daily sleep time
3) Your current amount of cigarettes per day
4) Your goal (reduce OR quit)
After this very easy setup, you are ready to go.

COHERENT BREATHING
In case you feel stressed while waiting for the next green panel, we have designed a stress relief COHERENT BREATHING exercise to help you manage nicotine withdraw anxiety.
This is totally optional but if you need it just select a session time and a breathing pace.
Coherent breathing involves an increase of blood flow throughout the body and helps relaxing. You can do it for 3, 4 or 5 minutes only.
PARTY TIME
Throughout your journey youll have what we call "party time" once a week. This means youll be allowed to smoke 3 extra cigarettes for a limited time (6h).
